park. there were lighting fires right onto the street. you can see emergency crews. there were trying to disperse and more fires in the mission district. the giants fans set on fire and even you can see they were feeding it with the year--- beer however, that dumpster fire in the mission district was able to be extinguished a closer look at the giants celebration. >> the giants fan could be celebrating but not a lot of celebrating going on in the mission district. here is where you can see graffiti on this entire side of the building. as we walk around and they did not break any windows. or take inventory. so it was open for business

today. none of the damage however, the people that were across the street. the so-called giants fans vandalize in that building. and they already did some work with some fresh coat of paint on the corner in right in the middle of 22nd/mission. you can see the damage. it came from the people that came out here to celebrate. they've brought out garbage bins and a set those garbage bins on fire a terrible smell today. the department of public works had to go up and down mission street and also valencia, putting out the fires. and cleaning up the mess. across the street also, they did not break and when those but along that wall. this in damage this is not true giants fans. the urge is looking for any excuse. and short enough

ground. and manhattan is impacted this is massive. weather or not it is a t tropical storm classification or if it is a hurricane if it is still making a huge impact. jacqueline, we are still going back and forth with their id is not a ca classification. , it does not matter if it is a tropical storm because it is merging with the winter storm. because of that it is intensifying. it is basically stalling with making landfall. you can see the rainfall associated but also some snow. that is the blue on your screen and also the purple. we have been seeing this heavier rainfall rates. the all, the orange, indicating rainfall rates very very heavy, with the yellow, with over one-inch per hour. and

it is not moving fast. a closer look over washington, and pennsylvania. look at that. downpours. this type of rainfall for that long we are looking at nearly flooding conditions. but the reverse impacting and exceeding their flood barriers this was making landfall and it has turned into a tropical cyclone. as i mentioned, it is merged with that winter storm. it will push for pennsylvania. as it moves slowly will see excess of rainfall totals. right now, blizzard-warnings because of the blast of cold air. and it has merged with it and bringing snow conditions through virginia. let me show you some of the rainfall totals. over five- inches in washington in just a few hours. as we move overnight it is continuing.

people in new-york because of this storm. jacqueline? >>jacqueline: this is a massive storm a take a look of the watches, the warning to the east coast. you can see the color on your screen is indicating flood and blizzards. a flash flood watch, a winter storm warning errors all types of warnings and what is going on because this is crazy. this hurricane in and of itself is powerful. heavy rain, gusting winds but this is merging with a winter storm record that is why we see the snowfall with the blue on the rainfall. the purple is indicating the mixture. not only that but it is heavy rain and snow! with blizzard warnings in effect and the yellow, the orange, with very heavy rainfall. that means that there are flash floods for these places and also this storm is moving so slowly.
